THE STATEMENT
HISTORY
born July 12th in Edinburgh. i lived with my parents in NYC before i was involved in a car accident with my mother aged 15; after which i stayed in London with my Uncle and attended a prestigious boarding school on a sports scholarship. I was all set to attend Oxford but instead moved to NYC to be closer to my brother at long last and repeated my senior year at Esperer Heights while doing a part-time course at NYU. i was diagnosed and treated for brain cancer and have since been given the all clear. i lost my father in a traffic accident aged 19 but i guess i'm just greatful to have the 'family' i do.
i was one of those cliches through highschool. sickly sweet to wild child to academic. taught for a while, was even engaged at one point; but i guess it was an accumulation of little things which made me snap.
my fiancee and i became part of.. well, a local mafia sort that a few of my friends had been a part of back in london. he was the muscle, i was the sneaky one. but hey, one job too far and he took a bullet right in the temple. so i hunted down the culprit and watched him burn in a bath of acid as the generator fried him from the insides out. i became a local legend, one in a long line of 'Miss Murder's until, just like all the rest, i ended up caught and thrown in the slammer.
now, aged 20, i have a criminal record as long as my arm which includes the likes of arson and kidnapping. it doesn't span a long timeline but apprently i'm quite the nutcase. honestly, i never saw what they meant by psychopath, i'm merely strict in my views and direct about how i deal with people who have wronged me.
anyway, i'm here now, with a life sentence hanging over my head. they want me to suffer doing time first.. before they take all i have left. take my freedom, take my life. i don't give a shit.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
Apparently, at that time of night in the attire worn without a hint of drunkeness, a girl walking down that street was like a blue moon. Thankfully, the few straggling drunken frat boys were too busy giving a bus stop a hat in the shape of a traffic cone to pay her much attention. Good thing too, cause she was really in no mood to have to cut someone down after such a nice positive day.
Not that she didn't enjoy baffling drunk folk - it was always more amusing than when they were sober. Or maybe just the expressions were funnier with the time delay between brain and face.
If she'd been normal and without the sudden energy buzz Dee had lit, Anna probably would have just hauled on a coat over her usual indoor gear and proudly arrived in Shaina's creations. People might think her odd but she didn't wanna hide them under clothes so frequently hauled them into the ctaegory of "indoor clothes" and had become quite used to baking and such in underwear and heels. Good thing normally, bad thing when she forgot she had company and startled someone. Come to think of it, she'd lost track of how many times this 'startling' revelation was made in the chat and people still gave her O.Os
Sure, the friends didn't have the most conventional of records but there was utterly nothing wrong with that. Anna always tried her best to be there when Shaina needed her and has seen that Shaina could be guarenteed to be there right when you needed her. She's expected someone like Jack or Max to be first to the hospital, after Alex had calmed down enough to stop bear hugging her, but instead she saw a flash of bright blonde before another figure embraced her tightly just moment after she'd managed to catch her breath again. And you know what? Anna couldn't have been happier, against anyone else the perfect person had appeared at the perfect time. It'd stopped her on the verge of screaming at a passing white coat to get her banaged before she really damaged her hand by breaking his nose. So, that had to be a good thing.
Friends had taken many forms over the years yet Shaina didn't really fit into any of the pre determined categories. Sure, generic friend covered it. But then she'd been verging on a friend with benefit but not quite. Maybe that was why it was no surprise to be greeted by what most folk would call a half naked Shai. Then again, it was normal for Shai to anyone who knew her.
The barest of unsteady hints to her footing tipped Anna to more than just what Shai said. It was no lie that something was bothering Shai and, knowing her, it was bound to be something severe since Shai wasn't really one to stress over the little things. As far as Anna had seen, she was a 'big picture' sorta girl. Sometimes Anna envied that about her, the ability to just overlook the small niggles that drove most people insane. herself included.
"Pfft, can't show up empty handed. Besides, sometimes I think you'd go hungry if I didn't bring you bags of goodies." she joked, a good natured chuckle tinged her voice. The familiar tone, that had been painfully absent recently from the bubbly cockney. Anna couldn't honestly put her elated mood entirely down to the meds, she'd been taking them for a good few days and yet hadn't really been this chirpy. The chuckle tinged voice swelling fluidly to a full on laugh as Shai settled in her lap.
A few times she had toyed with the idea that her closeness with Shaina was technically cheating on Max. Then she remember, the typical male fantasy. Winners all round. Not to mention, it wasn't like they'd run off; the pair were extremely close friends not secret lovers.
Resting her arms round Shaina's waist to protect against any tumbles, Anna looked sceptical "Work and junk like that?" she quoted "Sounds a bit tame and generic for you Shai, you been hiding or something?" she joked with a gentle smile. Rolling her eyes she couldn't help a slight innuendo dropping from her lips "Apart from the usual, nah, still happy as ever - he's finally gained some of my bad influence. Dunno if that's a good thing... or a very good thing." she smilied mischeviously, careful not to knock Shai off with the laughter that shook her tiny frame. It was weird, sometimes she felt like the older of the two, then the next second they were firmly back in the right places.
Anna raised her hand to her forhead with a momentarily confused expression at Shai's comment, before a look of rememberance decended and she blushed just a bit "I got distracted and walked into the door. Well, more, bounced off of it." her explanation with slightly embarasing but all too normal coming from her.
Maybe that was something she'd picked up in return for corrupting Max's mind. The habit of walking into things.
Stretching easily but returning to her position without looking tired it was easy to see she'd not been able to escape the house much recently, it was like she was retraining her muscles to being able to stretch without knocking a cat off a table or accidently slapping someone in their sleep. Not to mention, best to do it now before she got muscle cramp and ended up accidently knocking Shai's head off the floor. With a motion almost like that of someone trying to work out the knots, Anna rubbed Shai's shoulders with a sympathetic expression "What's troubling you hun? You seem just a tad iffy today." it was weird, the way that if you coupled a potentionally uncomfortable question with a caring touch it could make people feel less pressured to answer and more inclinded to relax and put it to the back of their minds. Speak or relax, a Shai win win.
